Kill or be Criticized.

Before we begin looking down our noses at those who kill others who accuse them of violence, ask yourself; what would you do? There you are, minding your own business assembling a suicide jacket, placing explosives in a subway tunnel, or learning how to construct a portable nuclear weapon, when suddenly the Pope of Rome has the temerity to quote an ancient source that alludes to a history of violent acts (see also here) based on exhortations to violence in your holy writ. (And don't give me the, "The Pope didn't accuse anyone of violence," routine. We all know what he meant.) So, then, you are faced with a choice; allow the man his opinion or kill him. Of course he must die. And many others, it seems. The latest would be Father Paulos Iskandar in Iraq. Guess he knew the Pope.

Michelle Malkin reports, here. Read the report of his beheading here.

Isn't it time we Westerners learned that Islam is a peaceful religion, but tolerance has its limits? Learn or die. The only other option would be to oppose the maniac mainstream followers of The Friendly Faith with all our energy as if the future of Western Civilization depended upon our effort. It doesn't seem much of a stretch to assert that it does.
